DONATE FOOD

We need food to feed the hungry. Canned goods or items that don't need refrigeration, such as pasta, and breakfast cereal. Personal hygiene items are always welcome. Do you garden? Bring us your produce. Call us at 618-355-9199 to drop off items or visit during our regular hours from 1-3 p.m. Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays or 9-11 a.m. Tuesdays and Saturdays. Our member faith communities also accept food donations.

CIFP is a 501(c)(3) organization

While we would like to have you participate by volunteering, we know that not everyone is able to do that. We can always use cash donations to purchase other items such as: personal hygiene items, milk, eggs, butter and meat. If you can participate this way, mail your check to

DONATE MONEY

Once a week or once a month or once a year, our volunteers come in all sizes, shapes, ages and levels of commitment. Volunteers fill clients' food baskets, restock the pantry and help sort the big food drive collections. Organize a food drive at your job, club, school or church. Make it a "Christmas in July" drive and help the food pantry when the need is the greatest. You can volunteer by calling our Director at 618-355-9199.
